      recruiting management was great. A lot of politics from the other departments makes it strange.

The recruitment of our line level associates is critical to us, with some very hard deadlines, we do not need politics for departments challenging our collective goal.       Independent work overshadowed by bullying and long shifts

      Not entirely customer-facing - pretty independent work.

      Cons

      Got bullied by the other person who did the same job as me. Since her sister was right under my boss, nothing was done about it. 11am-7pm shift was not fun but doable for as long as I was there.
