      Great team, very understanding, lots of learning opportunities, and welcomes new ideas.

      Cons

      Not many young people are in the company. You might feel out of place if that's something you like.

      Pros

      Fantastic leadership that demonstrates appreciation and empathy for employees--very atypical of the tech industry. Great people to work with; everyone is supportive of each other. Love the hybrid office/home model; it blends the best of each and makes for a very happy workforce. Also love that the company stuck to its values on diversity and inclusion when so many other companies have folded programs entirely.
