      Senior leadership has let us down

      Pros

      Nice office space and quiet since most everyone chooses to work from home

      Cons

      I used to feel empowered to speak up when problems arose but that feeling of safety is long gone and it show in the attitudes of my peers and I. SCRAM used to be synonymous with the best of the industry but I don't believe that is still the case because we've lots sight of the values that got us to where we are. I hope that the next private equity group that purchases SCRAM can correct the wayward course we are currently on.

      Understaffed, Budget Constrained

      Pros

      Immediate coworkers and leadership are all nice folks and the culture is fine. Work can be interesting or dull depending on the task at hand, but plenty of learning opportunities are available.

      Cons

      Pay is on lower end of range for role and responsibilities. All teams are understaffed. Pay growth is pretty dead in the water it seems.
