Pros

Nice, clean office. Knowledgeable staff. Decent office hours (when not expected to work after hours for FREE) and Holiday schedule. Fair benefit package.

Cons

Extremely passive aggressive atmosphere. Hourly staff (in certain positions) take advantage of the lack of supervision through time card fraud. No accountability. No room for growth. No training provided. No consistent breaks or coverage for hourly employees. No incentive program for hourly employees. Blatant favoritism. Sexual harassment. HIGH staff turnover.

Benefits are good. That's about it.

Cons

Recent culture shift in Florida office is disconcerting. No respect for staff or its work. I have been disrespected and abused. They want you to work 60 + hours a week without compensation. It's dog eat dog.

The overall (US) company ownership as an ESOP

Cons

SE Region and Miami and Boca offices in particular, and especially the environmental side of the business. Worst combination possible - preach culture yet don't live it. Senior turnover is extremely high and financial performance is extremely subpar.
