Cons

Unfair compensation practices: Offered a promotion to Tech Lead and Technical Referent but refused to adjust the salary to match the new responsibilities, leading to a sudden termination when I negotiated. Inexperienced management: Human Resources and regional management in the Hanoi office lack the professionalism expected in corporate environments. Toxic leadership: The project lead in Paris exhibits toxic leadership behaviors that negatively impact morale.
