      Pros

      Vision for company is good. People in the field and at the operational level are good.

      Cons

      Major leadership issues - do not walk the talk of their values and delivering what it takes to achieve long term vision of being a best in class operating company. Lack of investment in operations. Basic simple approvals take too long and have to go to top leadership. Top leadership manages bottom line quarterly to make numbers look good for Wallstreet. Top leaders do not value people creating an environment where their is a lack of trust and confidence. Many people looking or desire opportunity for new job or hanging on until they can retire.

      Pros

      Clean environment, decent 401k match. Used to be ahead of the curve on pay, have fallen behind in recent years.

      Cons

      No loyalty to the people who give theirs. Compensation has significantly fallen behind for skilled positions. Company is self insured and has cut back significantly year after year over the past 10+ years. Management harasses good employees and protects the lazy and unskilled workers. It goes on until they drain you.

      Pros

      Great local team members, decent pay and benefits.

      Cons

      Extremely poor relationship between local team and HQ. Many promises made with very few (if any) actually being kept. The site was successful even with what felt like border-line sabotage from HQ.
