      Coworkers are hardworking and supportive of one another despite the management issues.

      Cons

      Toxic leadership, favoritism, lack of trust, retaliatory behavior, selective treatment, poor morale, uncomfortable work environment, poor communication, and constant micromanagement.

      Very lowkey and laidback most of the time may be times to rush product out the door on shipment date but not too often

      Cons

      SGS getting bought out by these megalomaniacs was the worst thing to happen to this little mom and pop shop
