Pros

The company takes the time with their employees to ensure they are well trained. The management team puts a lot of time and effort into training to make sure the employee feels confident with the job before leaving them to do the work on their own. SSD Alarm is also very good at promoting from within. They recognize the employees who put in the time and effort it takes to move up in the company, and they assist with helping them obtain those goals. I think this company has a great work environment!
