      Pros

      I enjoy helping and caring for others. I enjoy the people I work with. My job has purpose and I wouldn't have stayed for these last 10 years if it weren't for that. Advancement opportunities. Upper management appears to lead with integrity.

      Cons

      None that currently come to mind outside of 401K match not being super competitive compared to some other businesses.
