A great company with positive and inclusive company culture that makes it enjoyable to come to work. The people are genuinely friendly, approachable and willing to step in anytime to provide help. We feel appreciated and cared for. Furthermore, the flexible work hours provide a healthy work -life balance.

There are so many development programs available to us, and my manager has been incredibly supportive, acting as a real mentor for my career path. The work-life balance here is fantastic, largely thanks to a flexible schedule that respects my personal time. On top of that, the benefits are amazing – a solid 401(K) match, great health insurance, and even an unlimited vacation policy that the company encourages us to use. Lastly, the "growing pains" of a rapidly expanding company mean processes aren't always set in stone.
