      Incredible culture, everyone has been fantastic to work with, leadership really supports you and ensures you have the tools to be successful and also advocate for you and your team. There is transparency about what needs to improve, that nothing is perfect and you have a hand in helping make things better and create better processes.

      Phenomenal culture! Love it here at SailPoint and I've been at several Fortune companies as well as security startups. Tremendous addressable market with AI and Agent security where Identity is at the heart of every conversation. True leadership that actually cares about their employees and knows what they're doing!

      Cons

      If you like selling in a transactional based environment, this isn't for you. Sales cycles are longer, more strategic, takes time, and you won't get that biweekly or monthly satisfaction of closing deals quickly.
