      Where do I begin.... - Not sure about these '5 star' ratings... Someone get paid to do this? - horrible leadership... No clear guidance as a company - very disorganized - promotion given to folks who do not work

      Pros

      There are some truly brilliant people at NEXT. If only their talents were realized and allowed to shine. Unfortunately many have already left. Compensation is above average.

      Cons

      Note: This review is for the product org within NEXT. This job crushed me. It felt like everyone was set up to fail given the unattainable goals, unreasonable OKRs, and unrealistic expectations of one's productivity. I sat through countless meetings where I experienced yelling, bullying, and treatment that I, and others, felt was totally disrespectful and out of line. Many, many nights I would leave the office feeling completely dejected and disrespected.
