Change is standard whether it’s part of a restructuring event or an acquisition. Employees that have been there a long time (e.g. over 20 years) are let go as a result

Small company feel but big impact operations. The Ops team is very knowledgeable and willing to help Finance out with analysis. Other functions are very helpful as well, such as Commercial, BD, and People Solutions.

Cons

Just like most companies - if you are not willing or able to give more than 40 hours each week, then you are not seen as performing "Above Expectations". I had a great career there, but others were promoted because they were willing to give the company more time.
