You have to manage multiple projects at the same time and often end up doing a bunch of overtime. Personally I don't mind that as the overtime pay is pretty good and work is satisfactory. Medical insurance can do a LOT better. PTO hours should be way more for younger staff, they pull off 90% of the production work with overtime. This would help avoiding burnouts and health issues. More design projects and involving younger staff in early design phase through design charrettes would be much appreciated.
