      Pros

      -The people are the best. So many dedicated engineers, sales, and marketing associates not to mention customers! They make this a great place to work. -Most people want to 'do the right thing' and leadership won't stand in your way in solving a serious problem even if the work is not related to your job title. -I found some incredible mentors who helped me navigate career growth. -Dave Link, Richard Chart, and Mike Nappi are tenacious and resilient in delivering even when faced with overwhelming adversity.

      Cons

      Reflecting honestly on my experience, I have no negative comments about the company. They treated me well. While there were times I disagreed with their decisions, I understand those choices were made in the best interest of the business.
