Pros

The salary was okay, and the benefits added some value to the overall compensation package.

Cons

I believe that the lack of communication between departments is due to a number of factors, including favoritism and a lack of accountability. I witnessed firsthand how certain employees were given preferential treatment, while others were ignored or treated unfairly. This created a culture of resentment and mistrust, which made it difficult for employees to collaborate effectively. I also believe that the lack of accountability at ScienceLogic contributed to the communication breakdown. Employees were not held accountable for their actions, which led to a lot of finger-pointing and blaming. This made it difficult to identify and address the root cause of the communication problems.

Worst Place to Work At

Pros

There are no pros of working here.

Cons

If you care about your self-respect or your career, you will not want to work here. Managers are abusive. “Management” clearly doesn’t know the first thing about the product or the user base or even being a leader. HR doesn’t take anything seriously - no matter how egregious the issue and no matter how many company policies a person may be in violation of. It’s expected that they don’t care about individuals, but also don’t care about the company. This place is worse than a dumpster fire and there’s no salvaging this place cause the toxicity is so rampant and everyone turns a blind eye to it. Cutting corners and doing a worse than mediocre job at everything is how this place works. If you’re a customer of ScienceLogic it’s more than worthwhile to look for a different solution. Whatever they say they’re going to do for you is probably never coming your way. It’s honestly only a matter of time before this place goes under.

Pros

-Good people that you truly enjoy working with! -Innovative and collaborative culture in a hybrid and remote environment. -Strong commitment to global diversity and inclusion. -Ambitious and driven leadership team. -Competitive compensation, benefits, and equity. -Great work-life balance. -Growing company with plenty of opportunities for career growth, learning, and development.

Cons

ScienceLogic is a fantastic place to work and being part of its journey is a privilege hard to find in tech nowadays. A small con is that it could do a better job sharing long-term company path and growth plan with all employees.
