Pros

- 40 hour work week flexibility - you can structure how long you work each day as long as you work 40 hours per week. - There is no probationary period for taking PTO when you start.

Cons

- Multiple SDR's get fired every few weeks with zero warning from management, there is no insurance of job security. - Under delivered what the daily responsibilities would be in the initial interview; was originally told that we would dial, at most, 500 people a day, but it's more so dialing AT LEAST 500. If you are not booking meetings, they expect you to dial around 700-800 people a day. - Senior management will talk down on your peers, that are not doing well, right in front of you, instead of encouraging them and helping them to become more successful. - Managers expect you to be on zoom all day with cameras on and off of mute. - There are zero diversity & inclusion initiatives, can be a disconnect for POC looking to break into the tech sales field. - Senior management forces you to roleplay with 50+ people in a zoom. Creates a high-anxiety and stressful working environment. - CEO is extremely obnoxious about the "hustle culture" on LinkedIn. - Hires around 10 people a week & majority of them either quit or get fired within the first 3 months. - At the end of the day you’re just a number, if you have anything personal going on, keep it that way because they will not give you any leeway for mental health recovery, and will still expect you to perform at peak activity and performance levels.

Pros

- You can make solid money here if you are part of the top 5 percent SDRs here. Realistically 70k-80k a year OTE. But no one has ever hit that before because it is super easy to burn out. The company will lie and say you can make 100k OTE which is false. -Seamless is a great tool for prospecting - very accurate on getting someones email, which was actually great. Cell phone numbers was a guessing game at most. - A of great people worked here or have worked here - so my time at seamless I've met some amazing people that will forever be valuable from a networking standpoint. - The SDR managers/team leads are awesome. -Let's get into the cons..

Cons

- Theres no such thing as 2 weeks or saying goodbye to the people you worked with - they will just shut you down on everything. - The leadership and management is god awful here (putting aside the SDR managers). I've never been lied to, maniupuliated more in my life then my time here. - You are forced to make 500-700 dials a day in a work from home sweat shop like enviornment. You are tracked by a tool called hubstaff - Tracking your every second activity to make sure you are doing your job. You are also on a zoom with people with there camera off the whole entire time. Just a miserable type of work enviornment. - 40k base salary for SDRs and AEs - that is so low. Way too low. How can anyone expect to pay for bills with that when SDRs are booking the most unqualified meetings for people. You think about asking for a raise right? They will shut that down so quick and say to earn more in your commission, while Brandon the CEO is buying a new Lambo and flexing it all over Linkedin. -Enterprise organizations will not work with us due to the companies shady practices. - People from the SDR and AE side are leaving every week, and Danielle (the COO) will lie about why employees left the company on the SDR stand up to try to make the SDRs feel better about working here, ironically making the company look worse. - About two months ago they "promoted" someone to recruiting for not hitting quota - 20 minutes later Danielle called her up on her cell phone to fire her!!! WHAT KIND OF COMPANY DOES THIS TYPE OF STUFF? - Underpay for everything they put you through. This company does not care about you, they care about how much revenue you bring in, how many meetings you hold, or how much you sell. Nothing else matters. You are just a number on a excel sheet to them and it truly shows. - Random cell phone numbers are thrown into the dialer, you read the script, and you book them for meetings. Thats how your whole day will look like. - I could go on and on but it should makes sense not to work here!!! Not a place to grow your career or to work.

Pros

- Probably a good company to be at if you are in sales. - Tech team is very skilled and motivated with good leadership and quality team members.

Cons

- CEO is a wannabe influencer who uses company resources to boost his own brand and ego. - Sub-par benefits for a tech company with shared cost insurance and tracked 80 hours of PTO per year — only one week at a time allowed. - Top-level management will actively discourage employees from maintaining a healthy work-life balance (60+ hour weeks are normal without paid overtime). - Company uses clock-in/out time tracking software with screenshots of activity being uploaded every 5 minutes. - CEO micro-manages the tech department despite having very little knowledge on the product development process. - Company culture can be described as that of a college fraternity.
