Pros
- 40 hour work week flexibility - you can structure how long you work each day as long as you work 40 hours per week. - There is no probationary period for taking PTO when you start.
Cons
- Multiple SDR's get fired every few weeks with zero warning from management, there is no insurance of job security. - Under delivered what the daily responsibilities would be in the initial interview; was originally told that we would dial, at most, 500 people a day, but it's more so dialing AT LEAST 500. If you are not booking meetings, they expect you to dial around 700-800 people a day. - Senior management will talk down on your peers, that are not doing well, right in front of you, instead of encouraging them and helping them to become more successful. - Managers expect you to be on zoom all day with cameras on and off of mute. - There are zero diversity & inclusion initiatives, can be a disconnect for POC looking to break into the tech sales field. - Senior management forces you to roleplay with 50+ people in a zoom. Creates a high-anxiety and stressful working environment. - CEO is extremely obnoxious about the "hustle culture" on LinkedIn. - Hires around 10 people a week & majority of them either quit or get fired within the first 3 months. - At the end of the day you’re just a number, if you have anything personal going on, keep it that way because they will not give you any leeway for mental health recovery, and will still expect you to perform at peak activity and performance levels.
