      Pros

      I receive excellent Regional support from the Plant Operations team. An environment of mutual respect and professionalism is present.

      Cons

      I am currently in a stand alone memory care community it presents day to day challenges due to progression of residents disease which causes extreme fluctuations in census at any given time.

      Work environment: Friendly team, supportive coworkers, collaborative culture. Flexibility: Remote options, schedule flexibility, decent work-life balance Growth opportunities: Training, promotions, skill development Stability: Company just hit 40 years in business!

      Benefits: Health insurance is present and several options to choose from, but it is expensive.
