      Pros

      Pay is very low considering the exposure to chemicals and the nature of the work. Salary increases are minimal and do not keep up with the workload. There are almost no opportunities for professional growth or career development.

      Cons

      Employees are constantly pushed to work harder with little appreciation or recognition. Management shows little respect for workers and often ignores concerns raised by staff. The workload is excessive, communication is poor, and employee wellbeing does not seem to be a priority. Morale is low due to the lack of support and fair treatment.

      Pros

      Fruit once a week is nice Receptionist is lovely.

      Cons

      Toxic environment, complete and utter lack of training, promotions without merit or due process, lack of listening to employees. You do what they say even if you can articulate why that's wrong, then when it goes wrong you are in trouble for following their guidance. Restructure heaven. Great at having key employees suddenly become not employees without a goodbye.
