From the moment I read the glowing reviews for S1 on Glassdoor, I was hopeful. After some time in my role, I'm happy to say that I feel the same way. The people and culture are personable and hardworking. Onboarding was easy and the benefits/compensation are generous. The product is highly rated and respected across the industry as well, and you can tell the people here are proud to be Sentinels.

I have mainly worked in the financial services/banking/insurance industry for the entirety of my career before joining Sentinelone (S1) - there is such a huge contrast, for the better, in the culture of S1 vs my prior experience: -> Employees are empowered by management to make decisions and own outcomes -> Work/Life balance is an actual priority for management - the unlimited PTO is actually unlimited PTO and management encourages you to use it as needed -> The work processes and technology are so much more effective, efficient and modern compared to my prior work places. I actually feel like I have the tool to be successful in my role -> The employee engagement is incredible especially considering the remote work culture
