      I am still here because I love the people ( not the management team) I am working with daily.

      Pros

      Start early and get off early.

      Cons

      They make you be "on call" just to make you full time to not give you benefits. Very sketchy place, will work around the system to get things done their way.

      Best Facility Services Company I have Worked For

      Pros

      The Stricks make you feel like your part of the family. Honest, friendly and very customer service oriented. They are down to earth and do not play games like some of the other companies: SBM, Flagship, Able. They promote within and hold promises. They are growing year over year and take care of their employees.

      Cons

      None that I can think of.
