I work from home full time, with occasional visits in office and the option to work in office as needed. The benefits package is comprehensive (especially if you take full advantage) and has carried me through several life challenges. My schedule is flexible enough to help balance work and personal life.
Cons
Some middle management is obstinate and can make collaboration between departments downright dreadful. Pay increases are less than impressive.
