Pros

decent starting pay and company vehicle

Cons

Owners care more about supporting their lifestyle than anything. False promises, no basic training, daily threats, asked to commit insurance fraud, outdated equipment-vehicles-facilities. a "Do more with less" mindset. Try to nickel and dime their own employees by charging outrageous amounts for anything they "issue" you. If you leave without offering a two week notice, they drop your pay to minimum wage. Not enough work to keep you busy doing what you were hired for and they bounce you around performing whatever they want you to.

Pros

Owned by Twins who refuse to communicate by phone or in person . As they are rude, offensive and insulting this is actually a pro

Cons

Forced to drive vehicles known and documented to be unsafe. Absolutely positively no evaluations or pay increases ever. Toxic work environment 100% created by the owners. Turnover rate is four times the national average for a reason. Average employment time for manager is currently hovering around eight months.
