Company has been around for a long time and likely isn’t going anywhere, minimal turnover (unless you’re in sales)
Cons
All employees are expected to wear multiple hats due to constantly (and intentionally) running short staffed, feels like the majority of the workforce is coasting until retirement, difficult to make actual change if that’s what you’re interested in, not many opportunities for career advancement or major pay increases
