Great team. Have met a lot of good people through the company. Most bosses have been decent. Job itself is not super hard and pay is decent.

Cons

Feels more corporate every year. CEO very disconnected from day to day in the stores. Too many “check the box” initiatives constantly going on. Unrealistic budgets
