      Pros

      1. The people really do feel like family 2. There is always someone willing to help. People enjoy their jobs and truly want to share their passions and help in any way they can. 3. Dog Fridays and all the food you could ask for! 4. Complete autonomy to do your job and see the impact quickly.

      Cons

      I wouldn't say it is a con, but we are growing quickly and sometimes there is a lot of energy floating around that can seem hectic if you don't enjoy an energetic environment.

      Pros

      Strong culture! The CEO values customer service and treats the employees very well SF culture includes a fun environment, free food, drinks, snacks Great people

      Cons

      Some growing pains because we are growing at a very fast rate. Outgrowing our space but we have a new office lined up that is going to be awesome.

      Uber-wannabe toxic culture

      Pros

      The occasional trips to different cities are nice, depending on where you are. The company spends extravagantly on employees, you'll get the latest and greatest devices with 3 monitors if you ask. $5000 laptop just for Slack and Google Drive!

      Cons

      Sexism is rampant here and leadership is outright cocky. Leadership constantly throws their team under the bus to get ahead especially on the Customer Experience and Operations teams. Engineering dictates what gets done and the Product team is useless, they're just flailing to be relevant. Finance are required to pull all nighters once a week. The company knows how to spend, and Target got suckered into buying. Cursing is required to move up the ranks here. The amount of trash talk between leadership behind doors is quite appalling. I've never witnessed a leadership group willing to trash talk about each other in private this much. On the engineering side, there's a lot of technical debt and the team won't change because they know everything.
