Pros

Good pay I cant really say anymore. They shrink benefits each year. Maybe they will read this and change. Its a job I guess.

Cons

-Sexism -Politics -Micro managing -Desire to shrink budgets affecting progress -No work life balance - If you have a family, they dont care. Daughter attempted suicide a couple months ago. Asked my manager for some help and understanding. Was told I would have to chose whats more important. If you have family issues, steer clear of Siemens.

Good health and dental benefits. 9-80's. Nothing else really. Free sodas?

Cons

Management overworks employees and pays them under market value, especially H1b workers which they delay until the last minute possible to file perm residency. Little to no career progression. Poor pay, favoritism, no career progressions. Not open to trying new things.

If you are German, or really like to kiss butt, great place for you.

Cons

Passive aggressive. Management is massively political. Germany calls all the shots. They stress cost cutting. None of sr. managers live in ATL. CEO flies in from FL, CFO from CA, HR from FL, CEO from TX, Pres from MI, Legal from IL. Seriously?
