      A place poisoned by favoritism and unfair treatment

      Pros

      The salary and benefits might look fine on paper, but that is where the positives end. The atmosphere is heavy and suffocating, making every workday feel like a struggle.

      Cons

      This company is built on favoritism and bias. Hard work and skill mean nothing when decisions are made based on who you know or what you look like. Those with real talent are ignored, while the chosen few are handed opportunities they do not deserve. If you believe in fairness, respect, or equal treatment, this is not the place for you.

      Pros

      I've really enjoyed my time at SmarterDx so far. The culture is collaborative, supportive, and full of smart, driven people who genuinely care about the work and each other. Leadership is transparent and forward-thinking, and there's a clear vision for where the company is headed. One of the only companies I have worked for that really puts employees first and goes the extra mile in everything it does. One of the things I appreciate most is the opportunity for growth — both personally and professionally. The company is scaling quickly, and it's exciting to be part of something with such strong momentum. I truly believe big things are ahead for SmarterDx, and I'm glad to be part of the journey.

      Cons

      Additional benefits such as 401k would be great but will come as company continues to grow. No other cons around the general company, people or work life balance.

      Pros

      good company culture and work-life balance, really smart people but humble and friendly, culture of co-operation and team work. Fast pace but still work-life balance exist. Product and business model all seem to be promising w lots of potential.

      Cons

      no bonus or stocks (only options) Needs some work in organization management (project roadmap, quarter prioritization, ...). Could have a bit more diversity.
