Pros

Great company culture, tight-nit teams, amazing people. Crunch is strongly discouraged. If there is a crunch for a deadline, the team gets time off after it is met to compensate for any overtime they may have had to do. Job security is a huge plus here.

Cons

Pay is lower than average for the industry. Raises don't seem to be a priority. As mentioned above job security is a plus, but it goes so far some people take advantage of it by doing the absolute minimum amount of work possible and are somehow still employed, while this may seem like a pro to some, it sucks having that person on your team.

Pros

Great opportunities to grow and get industry experience. Company very supportive with growth and development. Senior management (which has now left) was amazing during my tenure. Not sure how they are now.

Cons

Disorganized instructions coming from overseas ends up with long hours that could otherwise be avoided.
