      great benefits. lots of opportunity to scale up your experience through education and reimbursement incentives opportunity for promotions are also relatively consistent. Networking contributes to a lot of upward mobility

      Cons

      Benefits often appear to be dwindling over time. management is not as transparent as they like advertise. Org changes within IT happen often and teams are not alerted to the very last minute. not enough management training in IT, and often people with little people skills or PM skills can be promoted, with minimal training in these areas. Networking contributes to a lot of upward mobility.

      As mentioned, working here there is a great work-life balance. The people here are all nice and genuine. The pay and benefits are great. And lastly management really cares about their employees and gives them opportunities to learn and move up the ladder or even switch career path if that is what you really want to do.

      Mandatory return to work 3 days a week coming for 2024
