      Free Food and Snacks Nice coworkers who definitely tried

      In a word: "culture" * Over an almost 2 year period, there were 3 different CEOs * The VC really took to weeding out people which caused a whiplash in priorities * Talent on the teams varied, some teams were lucky, others, not so much * Not that we had fragile egos, but let's just say that the accolades to the "we're no good" comments was disproportionate to the results * WAY too many applications to pretend that a one-size-fits-all prescription was ever going to be filled, given tight deadlines, lack of resources, and large existing client-bases

      Pros

      Staff are really friendly and work well together, and you can learn a lot from your peers here. There are plenty of people on the floor with big ideas.

      Cons

      Crap moral due to Poor senior management. They are sleep walking the company off a cliff. The only thing they can decide on is the company should do double digit growth but there is not acommitted direction in to how. There is a bullet out there with the company name on it and I fear the gun is being loaded as I type

      Company is not concerned with fixing it problems

      free snacks, nice office space, technology is very up to date.

      Cons

      After submitting a review, the company submitted a fake employment application in my name to a company that a previous employee just got hired at. This service allows you to paste in your application but what the company did was copy an anonymous review and added the name if this employee to the review and said they shouldn't keep the named employee employed with their company. If you read all the recent postings you will see several good reviews, please understand that the company has no morals and strong arms their employees to submitting reviews. I personally know every person that has left AutoPoint from the software development department for the last 2 years and no one, not a single one of them would leave a good review about AutoPoint.
