Sonnedix stood out to me in terms of its culture, work/life balance, and opportunity to grow in my career. I am very happy with my decision, and it was clear it was the right one from the beginning. I onboarded a few months after having a baby, and the team in Miami made me feel valued and welcomed by providing me with a private space where I could pump. It's sometimes those little gestures that make all the difference, especially during a time when you are handling a new reality on a personal level. I was also very impressed with the robust onboarding in getting situated with the different functions and administrative training. Many places pride themselves on having a "work family" environment, but after being in the company for six months +, I genuinely feel and live it.

The company lives by its values and listens. There is a feeling of comradery even with people you only see on video conferences. There is a lot to do, but you are also working with a great team to get it all done.
