Pros

Decent work environment and good benefits.

Cons

After successfully making it through Covid with a hybrid schedule, the Dinosaur in charge has decided everyone has to go back to the office 4 days a week. No concern for him since his nannies and housekeepers keep things going at home. Such a dissapointment....don't come here if you expect any schedule flexibility. They've forgotten everything they learned during Covid...such a shame.

Pros

There are no pros - I would pick a negative number of stars if that were an option

Cons

Horrible management, re-orgs and layoffs , dead-end and low pay, career killing, soul-sucking. No work-life balance, No path to advancement. Constant verbal abuse from inept micro-managers. Toxic culture.

Pros

- Under the Jeff Blake regime (Chairman), the studio was in it's heyday during the 21st Century. Great leadership. - Incredible history on the former MGM studio lot - Convenient location near restaurants, bars, stores in Culver City - Used to have award worthy films that employees were proud to work on.

Cons

- As of 2015, the new management has made life very difficult for employees. - Many people leaving or unceremoniously being pushed out. - This creates a toxic environment that even HR can't even control.
