- Really talented people end up there - unfortunately they burn out and then they are pushed out

Cons

- Extremely toxic place to work because of their bad business outlook - Unstable work environment - you never know when you can be let go without a reason - Always expected to deliver much more than what you are paid - Any "promotion" is just a way to add on even more work - Claims and promises to employees that are never met
