      Pros

      Great people to work with and lots of opportunities to learn new skill sets. Very relaxed work environment as well. Your experiences will vary between departments and positions.

      Cons

      Compensation is not in line for the responsibilities and expectations of the positions. There also seems to be a large disconnect with upper management.

      People, Flexible hours, overtime opportunities, Benefits are great. Company is great to work for and from my experience there is no workplace drama, everyone gets along.

      Pay could be better; high turnover due to this.
