      Excellent, supportive, and hardworking employees Standard PTO ramp for hourly employees Competitive industry wages Cross-training opportunities 1 week company shutdown for both summer and winter (con: must use PTO)

      Pros

      My teammates were amazing. Dedicated and honest.

      Cons

      Upper management in Indianapolis is under investigation repeatedly for bullying, and now retaliation. Nepotism runs rampant. Truly a toxic work environment that trickles into the rest of its branches. Employees are expected to report to every manager that works there, causing staff to become overworked and frustrated.Employee retention is a huge issue.

      The people you meet in Production and even that's dwindling.

      Cons

      Everything else. The pay. The managers. This whole company is a joke. 3 hours of PTO for every 80 worked No one knows anything You work hard just to be behind on Mondays Nobody listens to anyone Scheduling is a disaster The stress is ridiculous If your not a white male don't bother applying
