Could be great, but low competence among staff
Pros
Work from home, easy going.
Cons
No one really knows what they're doing, there are people that get away with doing the absolute bare minimum, in large because they get on with senior management. Full teams of people that create unnecessary stress for the above issue, they don't know what they're doing. Managers that have fallen into their roles, that struggle with the basics of people management and basic he practices. This is a company where if you can fake like you know what you're doing and you're experienced, you can coast by or take credit for other people's work. It's not a bad place to work, it's just the level of incompetence is disappointing. Either learn to coast by or find somewhere that will allow you to actually develop in you're career.
