Pros

Decent pay, easy going, employee services, benefits, relaxed attendance policy

Cons

Toxic environment, no one ever knows what’s going on or have any real answers, too many tasks and techs per person, favoritism (especially when it comes to promotions). But I kept to myself and no one ever bothered me as far as leadership goes but the employees all acted like spoiled children. It got really bad. Lots of conflict on the floor. HR never had a break lol

Pros

Advanced up the ladder quickly. Started out as a RSC Reprentative I, within in 6 months I had advanced to a RSC Representative III. Was able to apply my previous data entry experience to the job and acquired excellent Customer Service skills.

Cons

The traing program was short, so I had to learn mostly by just working hard learning the tasks and asking questions as I went along.
