Pros

Great Company - training was extensive and paid for. Schedules could be "bid" on when looking to change. Time off was VERY flexible. During slow times, you could apply to take time off or leave arly on a volunteered basis (not paid of course). Management was always good about accommodating you. Co-workers were nice. Benefits were 5 star.

Cons

The biggest con was the entire call center layoff in January of 2026. Although I wasn't there, I know many who were subject to the RIFF. I'm glad I left beforehand and sad for my co-workers. Pay was decent but on the low side. Easy to fall into the salary compression trap. Other than that I did enjoy my time there at Charter/Spectrum

Pros

Boss gives us the tools to succeed. They got a bit strict with the WFM policy lately but still achievable.

Cons

It has been hard to move up within the company they don't take it easy on you on interviews for higher roles. The call volume is intense zero downtime form the start of your shift until the end.
