Pros

The only real pros I can say is the downtown location and the small company atmosphere.

Cons

I honestly don't know where to begin on how unpleasant this company is. I’m mostly writing a review to help warn future potential employees of the owners abuse behavior. I wish someone would have warned me about this company before I accepted. It was a nightmare to say the least. This may not be a “typical” glass door review but to give the full effect of how awful this company and the owners are, here are some insights:
I once read an email where the President of the company said cancer and pregnancy are “hillbilly”. How either of those things can be used in context of “hillbilly” is beyond me. This is probably where his unintelligence for anything other than brokerage sales derives from. You’re on call, 24/7 no matter what position you take there. They feel no remorse or sympathy for your personal time off. They will call you at one in the morning to ask a ridiculous/inadequate question you could have addressed when you got back from time off. They of course do this when they are intoxicated to a level where you can barely make out what they are saying. This goes along with emails you’ll receive on a Sunday afternoon that ask non-relevant questions. If you don’t respond within an hour, you’ll get another one in all caps saying something along the lines of “WHEN I SEND AN EMAIL, I WANT A RESPONSE (add swear words in this)”. This is their attitude and sense of entitlement at all times. I think they genuinely believe that because they had money handed to them by wealthy parents, started a business with it, you work for them, they ultimately own you and all of your time. You’re ill, feel awful and need a day to rest at home, not with this company. Also be expected to come into work even if the weather advisory is a level 3. Their desperation for money could get them into some trouble if an auditor were to take a deep look. I’m sure they have covered their tracks enough to hide the visits to strip clubs, bars, and various other “entertainment” venues off their tax write offs. - Vacation time is the worst out of any company I’ve ever worked for - Administrative pay is lower than average - Cussing, screaming, slamming doors - Complete dysfunction - No Room for growth - HIGH turnover - Boiler-room fear driven sales mentality - Inconsistent standards - No guidance or help

Pros

They offer a 401k and Medical. You can build your resume get some experience in logistics and sales before you move on to a better opportunity.

Cons

The management is disrespectful and they treat their employees like trash. A member of management ends his day drinking at the local pub with his laptop and sends drunken rants via email or text message and name calling is a common practice. A new manger was brought on recently with no industry knowledge and is completely incompetent. You will receive little or no training and The company sets high expectations. Commission Is not paid until you meet a threshold that is higher than your base salary for 6 consecutive weeks and this is a rather daunting task so don't get sold on delusions of grandeur and false promises of high pay. The vast majority of the employees are recent college graduates who will be sucked in by false promises of high salaries and drinking with the sales team on Fridays. It sounds fun at first but this not a place you will want to stay long term. The owner will send out company wide emails demoralizing employees. Don't take this job unless you have no other option.

Pros

If you never had a job before you won't know the difference. And if you like drinking on the job and afterwords with the owners, this is the place

Cons

You are a personal slave. You will have no free time in your life. You will endure humiliation almost every day. You will learn to trust no one, especially HR. They stack false reviews to offset the true bad ones. Very few people get the money that they are promised and no one stays here long.
