      Great place to work if you know how to talk your way out of doing any work.

      Pros

      Apprenticeship program, Profit sharing, benefits In house training. Flexible hours under the right manager. Freedom to program and set up CNC machine.

      Cons

      Management doesn’t take their time to know their employees resulting in knowledgeable employees doing more work while those doing less work gets rewarded. Trainers are unqualified to train. Language barriers and employees that unwilling to learn makes the workload unfair. Pay is terrible especially if you are in the apprenticeship program and other employees are unwilling to give you the hours you need to train.
