Pros

- Management in IT are considerate and do care about the employees below them. - Teams have fantastic communication and ability to handle workload

Cons

- C-suite are out of touch with employees that operate the day to day. - Project Management oversells capabilities of departments they don't interface with. Unrealistic goals are pushed and leave many projects unfinished and underutilized. - Late to implement an equipment model to sustain enterprise. Will be continually suffering the consequences years down the road. - 2024 majority of C-Suite left. 2025 mass layoffs/budget cuts. Huge red flag

Pros

•Hybrid work environment has been adopted in recent years •great benefits with profit sharing (deposit into 401k) and cheap Rx. No copay when seeing SC providers.

Cons

•divide between clinical and IT make it difficult to reach goals. •provider owned means providers don’t want to hear “no” or have to wait for projects to make it through project queue. Projects feel rushed and never fully closed

Pros

There’s a good time balance for family if you live in the same place as your home location.

Cons

They used to invest in their employees and promote from within. They don’t do that anymore and would rather hire off the street. They cut all the education programs. You can make more at a fast food joint than you can in most positions with the clinic that are the face of the clinic while the higher ups make bank and see no issue. Managers have no power for discipline for toxic employees in their departments making people want to leave but maybe not leave the clinic, but when others are hired off the street instead of from within the clinic there’s always a revolving door because of it.
