      Endless responsibility for virtually no pay. Attempted to give me a raise that wasn't going to clover minimum wage in the new county I’d be working in.

      Flexibility in work timings. Good Salary as per market standards Yearly bonus and other perks. Good Opportunities to grow with it.

      * Good and Low Employee Cost Health, Dental and Vision Insurance Plans * Offers 401(k) and FSA * Free drinks and snacks provided * Currently allows for a flexible WFH and In-Office schedule * "Unlimited" vacation time * Offers RSUs as part of compensation packages * Bonus are awarded as percentage of base salary * Great company culture * Great place to learn and grow your career

      * No 401(k) matching * Very long vesting schedule for RSU grants * Limited snack selection, not many healthy options available * Company seems to be slowly trying to return to 100% in-office attendance for local employees
