They aren't clock watchers. Starkey allowed for flexible hours if I came in later in the morning I stayed later in the evening. If I came in earlier I left earlier. For my role they wanted to make sure I was available to engineers as needed but it was a very relaxed atmosphere. There were times when it was definitely "all hands on deck" and OT was allowed but it was never forced on me. They trained me and taught me everything I needed to know to do my job. I loved working here.
