When I was working for Sternberg, the then president Joe Waldau was an amazing human to work for and made working for the company an honor. The benefits as an ESOP employee at the time were also great.
Cons
The new president, Mark Dean, has a lack of human empathy with no care for the company itself but rather his own status quo . His goal from day one of working at Sternberg was to become PRESIDENT never about the product or the people who worked for Sternberg. He was previously the marketing vice president and did nothing for the company, how he became president is still beyond me. He is changing the company in a negative way and so the company has become a revolving door for employees who have worked there for 20+ years.
