Pros

Do your job and you'll be there forever, lots of room to move around.. some positions have overtime some do not. Good 401k match..insurance used to be better seems to be getting worse and worse

Cons

Management doesn't do their job, if they know of a problem but don't have a complaint about it they do nothing.. new cfo/ceo is the worst human being I've ever met, seems like corporate is getting greedy with raises and insurance hikes not caring about the little guys...

CFO/COO Toxic

Pros

The Employee Base is fantastic - great group of people

Cons

When will the Board of Directors and other Senior Management realize that the problem is in their own ranks. The CFO/COO is out of control. In the span of a month he has driven out key members of his staff. Well respected and liked employees. This doesn't include all the other employees he has managed to run off. The CFO/COO is a classic narcissist. He grabs all the glory and is quick to throw people under the bus. His reign of terror needs to stop. Everyone is so tense and on pins and needles with this guy. Makes everyone wonder if this isn't being secretly condoned by those in charge.
