Pros

Co-Workers Fair compensation Benefits High Level Employees

Cons

CEO is insane, narcissistic and you never know if you will be walked out the next day at work. He appears nice and complimentary in the beginning, then his true personality comes through. Stay away from him.

Pros

Few and far between. I could post a few pros, but none of them would make we want to stay.

Cons

Instead of posting similar Cons as previous reviews, even though all those are true, I want to explain a scenario that happened to me personally that will sum up my overall experience at the company over the last 1.5 years. I am at a company dinner with the whole sales team to discuss sales tactics and strategies with the CEO (Jeffrey Brittan) and he starts to tell a story about a past experience of his. At the start of Jeffrey's career he attended an annual business event and during the middle of the event his boss invited the department with the lowest amount of revenue to the front of the convention center. Once the members were front and center the owner of the company explained why there were pieces of fake fruit at each chair. He asked the entire company to pick up the fake fruit and throw it at the members due to poor performance. This story was not received well amongst the sales team or myself during our dinner. Jeffrey laughed and said those team members learned their lesson and were never the lowest in revenue ever again. The following day StructureTec held our annual business event and each sales person had their contract numbers broadcasted via bar graph to the entire company showing our lack of results. I had been in my sales position for only nine months while selling services with a sales cycle of 6-12 months. The point of this is to explain to you that Jeffrey will not only expect very unrealistic expectations, but has no problem going public with your "lack of results." During that time he attacked my character and questioned my abilities. He feels that motivation through humiliation is the only way to get results from his employees. For this reason alone I would stay far away from this company. Few other side notes. Everything is run through Jeffrey. He is the ultimate account, the final project manager, the highest salesmen and the only person in human resources. Nothing makes it past him. If he changes his mind about your performance you are gone. The only semi happy people that I came across at this company were people in positions that had very little to do with him. Please stay away from this company. Your health will thank you for it.
