      Pros

      Summit Companies is a fast-paced environment that expects people to work hard AND encourages fun. Since starting here a few months ago, I've been exposed to a culture that promotes respect, accountability and teamwork.

      You have to be prepared to work in a fast-paced environment, which requires adaptability and flexibility all while multi-tasking.

      Pros

      Good pay, supervisors seem to care for you but no one knows what they're doing.

      Cons

      No clear knowledge from higher management. HR lets a lot of stuff slide. Too many processes, no structure.

      They don't have much to offer.

      Cons

      There is no balance with family and work, they told me when I wanted to take time off to spend with my family that they are not going to pay me to stay at home( with my PTO) when there's work to be done. stole per diem, stole hours, told foreman to not put in my time, they truly don't care about their employees but will tell you they are pro family. another snake company.
