      Pros

      Benefits awesome vacation accrual 5 weeks after 10 years. STD at full pay for eight weeks. Family like atmosphere. Fun activities

      Cons

      Can be very clique oriented. Promotions occur for the same people consistently. If you aren’t part of the inner circle you are out of luck. Management plays good cop bad cop game
