Pros

I am struggling to think of any pros. I did like my co-workers and was sad to say goodbye, but that has nothing to do with the company itself. Those employees have also since moved on.

Cons

No time off. 9 days total each year and you must take 5 of those in a row. No flexibility in your schedule, no matter what your job title or department. Unpaid time is allowed, but who wants that????!!! so we come in sick, come in in the snow, since the office never closes, even in a state of emergency. Money/productivity is more important than personal safety. They reward problem employees and allow talented ones to walk out the door. We never saw the owners and they sit in the same building. They never stopped in, said hello, once a year at the customer service week or at a quick raffle.

Pros

-Decent Money -flexible schedule -Some management genuinely cares about their employees and are really looking to help you succeed.

Cons

-Have no trouble dropping long time employees on a dime. -Zero job security. I've heard multiple times "Everyone is replaceable" -Terrible Internet reviews....Google the company name.
